Festive Occasions rents all types of party equipment for every occasion including graduations, weddings, religious events, fashion shows and concerts. The rentals are both one-time and long-term and include tables, chairs, linens, cooking equipment, serving dishes, dance floors, staging, tents and more.
We maintain an extensive inventory of traditional as well as one-of-a-kind items. We are also regarded as the go-to place for the difficult-to-locate pieces of a party setting. If we don’t have it, we will help you find it. Our clients include over 1000 companies, universities and hotels, as well as thousands of individuals.

Delivery
Delivery is available anywhere in New England. Round-trip charges are based on destination point and assume first-floor delivery during normal business hours. Our delivery personnel are instructed to stack all items in a mutually agreed-upon place on delivery, but we can also help you with setup (setup and breakdown is available for an additional fee). Just let us know!
Followup
We use state-of-the-art communication equipment in our delivery vehicles, including two-way radios, mobile phones and pagers. This allows us to provide you with support for your event, 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.
Payment
A deposit is required to reserve all rental equipment. We accept Mastercard, American Express, Visa and Discover. Payments are due before equipment is scheduled to go out or on customer pickup, unless arrangements have been made for payment terms.
We ask that you make changes to your order 72 hours in advance of your pick up or our delivery. But we also understand that things can change at the last minute, and we will work with you to best meet your needs.
Damage Waiver
Festive offers a damage waiver. All orders will be charged a damage waiver of eight percent of total rental charges, unless we have a signed form declining the waiver.
Packaging
We package our equipment in special containers for china, glassware, silver, and flatware to ensure that you receive your items sterilized, undamaged, sparkling and table-ready. All china, glassware, silver, and flatware should be rinsed “food free” and repacked in the same containers in which they arrived. All tables and chairs should be folded and stacked for pick up at a mutually agreed, single location.
Responsibility for rental items remains with the renter from the time of delivery to the time of return. Charges are for time out, whether used or unused. Please, be sure all rental items are secured when not in use and protected from weather. We do charge for any items that become damaged, broken or missing.

- To place an order by telephone, please call our Customer Service Department at 781-933-8777. We will take your order and give you all the details to make sure your event runs smoothly.
- To place an order by fax, please do not forget to mention the specific equipment you would like to rent, the dates of your rental (delivery date, dates of use, and pick-up date), the delivery address if different than the ordering address, and a phone number where you can be reached.
