PRODUCTS

Festive Occasions rents all types of party equipment for every occasion including graduations, weddings, religious events, fashion shows and concerts. The rentals are both one-time and long-term and include tables, chairs, tablecloths, linens, dance floors, staging, tents and more.

Our company maintains an extensive inventory of traditional as well as one-of-a-kind items. We are also regarded as the "go to" place for the difficult to locate pieces of a party setting. Our clients include over 500 companies, universities and hotels, as well as individuals.

If you are in need of assistance for a piece of equipment not listed on this website please contact our event sales team with your request and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

DELIVERY

Delivery is available anywhere in New England. Round trip charges are based on destination point. Our delivery personnel are instructed to stack all items in a mutually agreed upon place on delivery. Delivery prices are for first floor, tailgate delivery. Additional requirements will be subjected to extra charges.

FOLLOW UP

We use state-of-the-art communication equipment in our delivery vehicles, including two-ways radios, cellular phones and pagers. This allows us to provide you with support for your event, virtually 24 hours per day, 7 days a week.

PAYMENT

A deposit is required to reserve all rental equipment. Mastercard, American Express, Visa and Discover are accepted.

All contracts must be paid in full before delivery of your order.

Any changes to your order must be made at least 72 hours in advance of your pick up or our delivery of the equipment.

PACKAGING

We package our equipment in special containers for china, glassware, silver, etc. to insure that you receive your items sterilized, undamaged, sparkling and "Table Ready". All china, glassware, silver, etc. should be rinsed "food free" and repacked in the same condition as delivered. All tables and chairs should be folded and stacked for pick up at a mutually agreed, single location. Items not meeting these requirements could be subjected to additional fees.

Responsibility for rental items remains with the renter from the time of delivery to the time of return. Please, be sure all rental items are secured when not in use and protected from weather. We do charge for any items that become damaged, broken or missing.

In case you want to visit our showroom and place your order in our headquarters, our address is 317 New Boston St., Woburn/MA.

For your convenience you can also place your orders by phone or fax. 

If you want to place your order by phone you can call our Customer Service Department at (781)  933-8777. We will take your order and give you all the details about pick up service, set up, etc.  

If you prefer to fax your order, please do not forget to mention the specific equipment you would like to rent, the dates of your rental (delivery, use and pick up date), the delivery address if different than the ordering address, and a phone number with area code of where you can be reached. We will call to confirm your order. Our fax number is (781) 938-8549 and we do require 48 hours advance notice on all faxed orders.
