I have been utilizing Festive Occasions for our rental needs for the past three years as Director of Catering at the Crowne Plaza Boston/Woburn. The service that we have received, even prior to my joining the Plaza has always been professional and courteous, (even when it was regarding missing items or late invoices).
This past weekend, your staff went over and above to help us with an event. Your set up crew were polite and efficient, and Marie ( Festive Occasions' Customer Service and Sales Manager ) was unflappable and composed, and went out of her way to see that we had what we needed.
