- How do I place an order?
You can place your order by phone or fax or you can come to our headquarters in Woburn.
If you want to place your order by phone you can call our Customer Service Department at (781) 933-8777. We will take your order and give you all the details about pick up service, set up, etc.
You can also fax your orders to our number (781) 938-8549. Simply include in your fax the specific equipment you would like to rent, the dates of your rental (delivery, use and pick up date), the delivery address if different than the ordering address, and a phone number with the area code. We will call you to confirm your order. Please allow 48 hours advance notice on all faxed orders so that we can check material availability.
In case you want to visit our showroom and place your order in our headquarters, our address is 317 New Boston St., Woburn/MA.

- Do you have a minimum order size for delivery?
No. Festive Occasions is willing to offer delivery for any kind of celebration at any scale. We are equipped with trucks and vans of different sizes and we deliver anywhere in New England.
- Can I pick up my order?
Yes, our customers can pick up their orders at our headquarters in Woburn. In order to provide you with timely priority service, we recommend that reservations be made at least one day in advance so that we can have your order prepared for pickup. During busier seasons, from May through October, we advise as much notice as possible.
- What are your deposit requirements?
Security deposits are 30 % of the total price of the order. The minimum amount for the deposit is 25 dollars, even for very small orders.
- How far in advance should I place my order?
We advise our clients to contact us as soon as you have an idea of what kind of celebration you will have. This way we can follow your preparation efforts and help you decide what event equipment you will need.
Remember, the earlier you place your order, the easier it will be for us to serve you !!!
- Do you offer setup and breakdown service for equipment?
We are pleased to offer assistance with setup and breakdown of your special rental order. Rates for setup service are based on equipment type and are charged per piece of equipment. For dance floors, stages, and pipe and drape, we offer setup and breakdown free of charge. Standard setup and breakdown fees apply for other equipment such as chairs, tables, tents, canopies, etc. Please, call our Customer Service for details.
- Do I need to wash the rented equipment when the party is over?
One of the advantages of renting is that we do the washing. Tableware should be returned rinsed, "food free" and repacked in their original delivery containers. Linens should not be washed and should be kept dry to prevent staining.
